Hi, I'm Dr. Preeti

I'm an Orthopedic & Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist with over 18 years of clinical experience, specializing in helping women over 40 rebuild strength, move without pain, and feel powerful again.

I understand the unique challenges of midlife — hormonal shifts, past injuries, and the overwhelming noise of conflicting fitness advice. That's why I combined evidence-based strength training, injury prevention science, and mindful movement into a system that is genuinely safe and deeply effective for this stage of life.
