THE CLINICIAN
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 20 years of experience, American Board-Certified in Orthopedics, and trained in Pelvic floor health. After years in traditional care, I saw the same women return with new or recurring pain and be told it was “normal aging.” I saw something different. Their bodies were undergoing hormonal changes, and the system was treating them in parts rather than as a whole. They were not fragile.
They needed strength, not fear. That realization led me to create a bridge between physical therapy and strength training, so women can move forward with confidence and lasting support.
THE COACH
Most fitness programs push women straight into exercise. I take a different approach. My method prepares the body before load is ever increased by building alignment, form, core and pelvic floor support, and true movement awareness. When the body is prepared correctly, strength feels safe, joints feel supported, and confidence begins to replace fear.
This is why I created the Strength Shift program, an 8-week guided transformation that blends physical therapy principles with progressive strength training. It leads women step by step to build strength that supports their bodies, their hormones, and their long-term health.
THE SPEAKER
Dr. Preeti Jha speaks at the intersection of physical therapy, strength training, and women’s health. With nearly two decades of clinical experience, she has witnessed a critical gap in the healthcare and fitness system, what happens after physical therapy ends, especially for women in midlife.
She has spoken locally, statewide, and on national platforms to educate clinicians on how to guide women safely into strength training that supports bone density, muscle health, and long-term function. Her work emphasizes evidence-based strategies that empower women to train confidently, even with injuries.
What distinguishes Dr. Jha’s voice is her ability to bridge clinical care with real-world application. Her mission is to create global impact by equipping professionals and women alike with the knowledge to build strength, prevent osteoporosis, and support lifelong independence.
