a) Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact details such as your name and email address, collected when you sign up for a newsletter, download a free guide, join a waitlist, register for a program, or submit a contact form.
  • Payment information collected at checkout. Payment card details are processed directly by Kajabi's payment processor and are never stored by us.
  • Health and fitness information you voluntarily share through intake forms, chat messages, or during coaching sessions, including injury history, fitness goals, and body-related concerns. This information is treated as sensitive and is never sold or shared with third parties.
  • Communications you send us directly, including emails and messages via chat platforms.

b) Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, time spent on pages, and general site interaction patterns, collected to improve content, user experience, and website functionality.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 6 below.

c) Information Collected Through Third-Party Platforms

We use the following platforms to operate our business. Each collects data under their own privacy policies:

  • Kajabi (kajabi.com/privacy): Our primary platform for membership management, CRM, email marketing, content delivery, and payment processing. Kajabi stores member profiles, purchase history, course progress, and email engagement data.
  • Kajabi Email: Used to send newsletters, program updates, and promotional emails. All emails include an unsubscribe link.
  • Zoom (zoom.us/privacy): Used to conduct all live coaching sessions and group calls. By joining a session, you acknowledge that Zoom may collect data including your name, email address, device information, and audio/video during the call. Sessions may be recorded; members will always be notified in advance when a session is being recorded.
  • Facebook Pixel (facebook.com/policy): Our website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. You can opt out via your Facebook ad settings or through your browser.
  • WhatsApp / Voxer: Used to facilitate direct member communication. Please review their respective privacy policies for details on data handling.

04 How We Use Your Information

  • To fulfill our contractual obligations, including delivering membership content, workout plans, coaching sessions, and access to programs you have purchased.
  • To communicate with you about your membership, upcoming sessions, program updates, and any changes to our services.

  • To personalize coaching guidance to your individual health and fitness needs, based on information you voluntarily share.

08 International Data Transfers

Our business is based in New Jersey, United States, and your data is primarily stored and processed in the United States. We do not operate independent data retention or deletion workflows. Your personal data is retained according to the default policies of the platforms we use to deliver our services:

  • Kajabi manages the retention of your account data, membership records, purchase history, email engagement, and any content you access through our programs. For details, please refer to Kajabi's Privacy Policy at kajabi.com/privacy.
  • Zoom manages the retention of session data, recordings (where applicable), and any data collected during live calls. For details, please refer to Zoom's Privacy Policy at zoom.us/privacy.

For personal information held directly by us, such as emails sent to preeti@drpreetijha.com, we retain these only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were received.

To request deletion of your data, email preeti@drpreetijha.com and we will work with you and the relevant platform to process your request. Some data may be retained by third-party platforms subject to their own policies and legal obligations.

11 Data Security

Our safeguards include:

  • Data storage on Kajabi's encrypted, access-controlled servers.
  • Access to personal member data limited to authorized personnel only.
  • Secure HTTPS connections across our website.
  • Regular review of our data practices and platform security settings.

While we implement reasonable and industry-standard safeguards, no system is entirely immune to risk. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. How our terms work across programs

These General Terms apply to all programs, courses, memberships, and services offered by Dr. Preeti Jha / Pure Rehab Yoga, LLC. Program-specific terms, including payment, pricing, cancellation, refund policy, and access details, are provided at checkout for each individual program and form part of your agreement alongside these General Terms. In the event of any conflict, the program-specific terms take precedence.

01 About These Terms

This agreement is entered into between you ("Participant," "You," or "Your") and Dr. Preeti Jha / Pure Rehab Yoga, LLC ("Company," "We," or "Us"), a limited liability company operating in the State of New Jersey, United States.

By completing a purchase or enrollment with the Company, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to both these General Terms and the program-specific terms presented at checkout.

02 Nature of Our Programs

Dr. Preeti Jha / Pure Rehab Yoga, LLC offers a range of programs including ongoing memberships, time-bound courses, outcome-focused challenges, workshops, and one-on-one coaching services. All programs are delivered digitally via our online platforms.

The specific content, format, duration, access period, and deliverables of each program are described on the relevant program page and at checkout. These General Terms govern all programs equally, unless superseded by program-specific terms.

03 No Guarantees

The Company cannot and does not guarantee any specific results. Your outcomes depend on your personal commitment, health status, consistency, and individual engagement with the program material.

All programs offered by the Company are educational and support-based in nature and are not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

04 Medical Disclaimer

Our programs include general fitness and wellness education based on physical therapy principles. Always consult with your licensed healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or wellness program, particularly if you have existing injuries, chronic conditions, recent surgeries, or are under active medical supervision.

The Company and Dr. Preeti Jha are not liable for any injury or health complications arising from participation in any program or use of program content.

05 Intellectual Property

All materials provided through our programs, including but not limited to workout plans, video content, written guides, course materials, and live session recordings, are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Preeti Jha / Pure Rehab Yoga, LLC.

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, share, or publicly display any content without the express prior written permission of the Company.

06 Code of Conduct

We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful community across all of our programs. As a participant, you agree to:

  • Treat all participants, coaches, and staff with respect and professionalism.
  • Refrain from sharing, reproducing, or distributing any program materials or content.
  • Avoid any form of harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or disruptive behavior within any program platform, group, or community space.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the program without refund, at the sole discretion of the Company.

07 Data Privacy

By enrolling in any program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of delivering program services, sending program communications, and improving our offerings. Your information will never be sold to third parties.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your participation in any program shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that program. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

09 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or any program, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the Company at preeti@drpreetijha.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in the State of New Jersey.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. By agreeing to these terms, both parties waive the right to have any dispute heard in a court of law or by a jury. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

10 Updates and Changes

The Company reserves the right to update these General Terms from time to time. You will be notified by email in advance of any material changes. Your continued participation in any program after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Program-specific terms, including pricing and cancellation policies, may also be updated. Any such changes will be communicated in accordance with the terms presented at the time of your enrollment.

11 Governing Law

These General Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12 Agreement Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase or enrollment, you confirm that you:

  • Have read these General Terms in their entirety.
  • Have read and agreed to the program-specific terms presented at checkout.
  • Understand that both sets of terms together form your complete agreement with the Company.
  • Are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent.
  • Are legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
